What is your favorite meal to make?
I'm working on expanding my talents in the kitchen. I'd love it if you would help me build out my recipe binder!
Since I can't promote a hub in comments I'll have to let you take a look at some of my posted recipes, but I because we are so busy I'll share that I like to make soups with fresh organic veggies and organic chicken stock from Costco. We have a couple of healthy meals and that they are low fat allows us to have a little sweet something…namely, Chocolate.
Maybe we'll see some of your kitchen experiments in hubs!
I have a lot of favorite meals to make but one of those is making a fried rice or noodles with veggies out of leftovers. I have written some of my meal recipes as well. Enjoy cooking!
Oh my so many. My whole family loves it when I do baby back ribs in the summer. I love to do roasted chicken with lemon, rosemary and garlic - very tasty. We make cannelini beans with garlic butter and herbs, those are simple and go over very well. Cannelini beans have a very creamy texture and milder flavor than other beans. Stir fry done in coconut oil is always very tasty as well. If you really want to develop some talent in the kitchen invest in an excellent cookbook that doesn't just have recipes - but also advice, cooking techniques etc. I have a copy of the America's Test Kitchen book and I've gleaned all sorts of knowledge (not to mention amazing recipes that don't need tweaking) from it.
My favourite meals to make are chicken adobo, stir fried rice, full English breakfast, roast dinners with all the trimmings, stir fried Pak Choi and many more. I love my food. I forgot to mention, I like making corn beef hash as well and spaghetti Bolognese.
i love to bake cakes and cookies, I feel happy when everyone enjoys eating
Sure you may check out some of my recipes if you like. I love fried chicken or baked chicken the best.
