    What is the best way to prepare the green tea. How much (quantity) and how many time should one take Green Tea in day. What is the best time for taking Green Tea (Evening, Morning, Empty Stomach, Before meal or after meals etc.)

    I researched it and most studies show that drinking more than three cups a day, will help to curve your appetite, and it is best earlier in the day. Also use the tea bags instead of drinking the tea in juice form, however it works too, but you want the most pure form.
