In the summertime we drink carrot/celery juice since the celery increases heat tolerance. A friend of mine who has blood clotting issues always adds alfalfa to her juice regimen as it contains Vitamin K. I find that drinking any fresh juice everyday boosts my overall health.

i love plain carrot juice, without any milk. Thick and smooth. Besides that, I also like to mix apples and pears. Although they may taste a little sour but i love the mixture. Simply awesome.

A combination of carrots, tomato and beetroot is excellent for our blood health.
In summers, it has to be raw mangoes with mint and roasted cumin seed powder and a pinch of black salt. This is ideal to prevent heat strokes in summers.

I love bananas, strawberries, pineapples, and orange juice.  I love the thickness of the bananas.  We are experimenting with vegies to add different flavors such as beets and celery.
