I actually once passed by Bobby Flay on the street.  He wasn't overly friendly, but then again he looked like he had just gone out for a run.

Well, you might say that he is not that professional, but I think I would like to meet Jamie Oliver, just because he is cool and respects food A LOT. You can see it when he did the food revolution (that was a good show)

If I could meet a Famous Chef it would be hands down Emeril he is one of the best in the business and he is extremely entertaining. He has a Bread Pudding with bourbon sauce that will make you do crazy things figuratively.

Gordon Ramsay for sure.  He seems to know how to get things done.  Love him or hate him,  he pulls no punches when it comes to his failures and his successes.

Famous chef? Nah, Famous Pastry Chef - I'd like to meet Duff Goldman of Charm City Cakes (and Ace of Cakes fame).

I like the way he thinks, treats his staff, and enjoys his work.  And the fact that if there is a travesty involving cake - he will come to the rescue (re: women who had wedding cake cancelled by store because they were two women - Duff has offered to make and deliver their cake for free...I liked him before, I like him a lot now).

Now you can say "Cake making isn't chef-ery" Have you seen what he does with them???

Pastry chefs are still chefs, in my opinion....they have a gift with the sweet stuff!!!!
