    What is your favorite drink that helps you wake up?

    There are some great drinks that help you wake up. What is your favorite wake-me-up drink and what are the ingredients in it?

    Moroccan tea.  Ingredients - green tea and mint.

    I do love coffee with a little cream and no sugar. I recently found a tea from Teavana that's wonderful. You mix 1 part samurai chai and 1 part white chai. Yum! It's really good sweetened with the German rock sugar. Their tea is the perfect way to wake up in the morning.
