We're grilling salmon this year, and I'm making an Orzo Salad. Probably corn on the cob, and cold beer, of course for family and friends I don't drink I may add a few pieces of chicken, hamburgers and hotdogs and some grilled veggies but that depends on the wife.

      Chef,
It's nice you provide the cold beer for those who indulge even though you don't drink. When it comes to veggies, I like to slice peppers, onions, and potatoes and wrap them in foil with butter and spices to grill.
      What's in Orzo Salad?

Orzo is a pasta and I'm adding green beans and fennel to it with olive oil and rice wine vinegar dressing I may add some grape tomatoes it's really good.

Shrimp skampi, mashed potatoes, mushrooms, steak. I haven't decided on the bread or dessert yet.

Clean the shrimp and place them on tin foil. Add tons of butter and herbs. Let it cook on the grill for five to ten minutes. Check on the shrimp to make sure it doesn't get dry.

      Iburmaster,
I agree with the Chef. You know what you should do? Write a hub with the recipe. I've never had it from the grill.
      Happy grilling,
      Lisa

I have lots of ideas but three main ones are coming to mind. First is Grilled Italian Sausage with spicy vegetables and corn on the cob.

Another great idea is a simple hearty hamburger

And then there is grilled chicken

And if I have guests over I may make a couple of these side dishes

All of them sound so good too LOL I might even do some shrimp skewers up and get a hub up on here for them. Whatever you may choose have a safe and wonderful Memorial Day
