Yes. It has much less fat content. Therefore, it is much better for you.
Most wild game has omega fats. It's the same for grass feed meat though but your options are more likely with wild game. The cleaner your meat is raised the healthier it's going to be for you.
Of course if you add in the hunting aspect of the venison though, you really can't beat that kind of exercise. :-)
