What to do with an open can of pumpkin?

I opened a can of pumpkin to make a recipe, and I still have more than half of a can left.  What's your favorite thing to make with canned pumpkin?

I recently posted a hub  for "Pumpkin Gingerbread Loaf". It uses one cup of pumpkin puree. Check it out.

My wife makes a kick-ass pumpkin bread that has chocolate chips in it.

I've posted some recipes using pumpkin, but you might like to check out how to use it in place of oil and/or eggs:

I recently saw a recipe that called for 1 cup of puimpkin and 1 yellow cake mix to make pumpkin muffins. Those are the only ingredients.

I usually make pumpkin cake when I have leftover pumpkin. I just follow a basic gluten-free sweet cake recipe and add the pumpkin to it. It's delicious! My children love it for breakfast on Halloween morning.

I make treats for the pup: Pumpkin, Yogurt and Peanut butter. Mix together and freeze in an ice cube tray.

He is a big German Shepherd, so he gets 1-2 of the treats per day, but be careful not to give too much pumpkin to dogs. A little bit is great for them - too much is a vitamin A overload. Check with your vet if you aren't sure!

    He LOVES them.
