I don't like cooking for myself, but I love cooking for other people.
Which do you prefer?
I agree completely that it is much more fun to cook for others. You get a special satisfaction from watching other people eating food you prepared and really enjoying it. Cooking is one of my favorite ways to show loved ones how much I care about them, but it's also a tool I use to get to know people better, like at my tapas parties.
I do like cooking no matter what, just because I find it relaxing, even meditative, but it definitely isn't the same when it's just you eating the final result.
I agree. When it's just me, I don't see the point in going all out and making a full meal. I'd rather do something quick. I love making meals for my family and guest though. It seems like too much work just myself.

Do you prefer to cook your own meals or go out to eat?I enjoy cooking evening meals, but too often I hear people complain that they don't have the time to cook. They would rather spend an hour or more in a restaurant....
