I think that he has allowed his own ego to get the best of him, he is well past his best. The poor attitude and complete lack of effort that he made in the World Cup was disgraceful, a shame to his country. He allowed personal disagreements with the manager to get in the way of representing his country, whilst he was of course taking the place of somebody somewhere who would have busted a gut for France if given his place in the world cup squad.

He looks disinterested in football now, hence the reason he has now gone to the mickey mouse league for one last payday. The whole idea of him even being at the world cup after cheating to get France qualified, at the expense of Ireland, was laughable anyway. If he doesn't want to break a sweat for his paycheque, then it is time for him to quit the game altogether.

He is no longer international class, and no major loss to France. They have some good kids coming through, and no doubt they will be rushed through following the poop performance of their seniors.

Lady_E, Henry has also retired from International football. He stated that he didn't want to fly from America to Europe. In other words, he couldn't be bothered.

He was at his best when he was playing for The Gunnere, Arsenal. Now.......... He is not even the shadow of the old Henry.

he is a talented player who has proven capable of sustaining his class since the youth period. Despite his unpopular behavior sending Les Bleus to the South Africa 2011 with his controversial goal-setting against Republic of Ireland, Titi is one of the best strikers France ever had.
