    Hello,

I am holding off publishing some Hubs because I have not received an email from Adsense (for approval) Can I go ahead and publish them and recieve money from them after my account is activated?  Also, Ebay Amazon, how about those? Can I add them to Hubs published prior to HAVING an account?
    Thanks guys for your help.

Adsense will appear on your Hubs and generate revenue for HubPages until your account is active - which is not a bad thing, because we want the HP site to stay healthy for a long, long time, don't we?

I wouldn't bother adding eBay and Amazon capsules until you know whether you're going to get an account.  Most Hubbers find they are only a minor share of their income anyway.  No one benefits if someone clicks on eBay and Amazon while you're not a member.

Adsense appears on your hubs regardless of whether you have an account as far as I'm aware. Once you have an account, HubPages splits the profits with you 60-40. You also get referall bonuses of 10% if someone joins HubPages after clicking one of your links with your embedded tracker code, within a certain time period.

As for Ebay and Amazon capsules, you can have them, but of course you won't make any money from them until you get an account. I think you will have to rebuild those capsules once you get a publisher ID.

So, go ahead and publish. You can always go back and update as you go, no matter what it is. I do it every month or so.

I went ahead and published one.
But I am still not clear with whether a Hub submitted prior to an account can bring in money after I have an account. Are royalties restricted to Hubs published AFTER an account is established?

No, once you get an account, all your Hubs will have your ads on them, regardless of when you published them.

Personally, I recommend you go ahead and publish the lot.  You'll get some early readers from Hubbers, but it takes time for the search engines to notice your Hubs anyway - and it's the search engine traffic that will click on your ads.  So publish them and let them mature!

By the way I checked out your Hubs - I feel they're a little on the short side to be really successful.  Try beefing them up a bit!

Thank you for the input on the Hubs. I have never written before and need all the advice I can get.
