    Hi,

I have started Jogging 1 week ago. After 2 days of regular jogging I felt so much body ache. But now it is completely recover from ache and I am doing continuous Jogging. I am feeling fresh and energetic in a whole day. My grandfather says it is due to fresh air I am breathing in the morning while jogging. I would also suggest you to go for jogging in the early morning and feel the difference.

    Thanks

I believe jogging and running is the best exercise possible for someone to do. Not only does it make you feel better physically, but mentally, it brightens everything up. Good luck and I hope you have a life long affair with jogging!

When you engage in cardiovascular exercise your body releases a lot of natural 'feel good' chemicals like endorphins, dopamine, seretonin etc. which work together to give you that natural high.

Be careful with jogging/running as it is a high impact exercise and doing too much, too often can result in overuse injuries like 'runners knee'.

Incorporating a variety of different types of exercise like rowing, cycling, resistance training, boxing etc. is a good idea to prevent overuse injuries and also achieve greater all-round fitness.

I agree with chenderson.  Jogging, or even brisk walking, can be amazing exercise, and instead of making you feel "tired," it actually rejuvenates, and at least for me, it gives me energy!
Good luck, and keep it up!!! smile

Jogging is great for the entire body because you utilize every part, I was running every morning, but since it's gotten colder, morning runs have become nearly impossible.

Keep it up, it's one of the best things you can do for your body and it has helped me build my immune system and give trips to the doctor for asthma the boot

I try to run every other day.  I notice if I run 2 days in a row my joints ache.  of course everyones body is different but this has been the secret to my success

I always exercise in the morning - its when I feel the least sluggish.

Makes sense, we have the most energy just after we wake up.

    Hi,

I have started jogging for an hour. It boosts all energy in me and i feel that i am gaining more energy the whole day to work on. This exercise is good to keep me fit.

Jogging has helped me to also loose weight.

    Thanks and Regards,
    Keanu Smith
