   Hi, I want to do this 30 day challenge even though it will probably mean that I will die by the end of it but can someone tell me how to?
   
   I think it is awesome.
   
   Oh and today is my first day here so umm will I get punished if I fail the challenge?
   
   I am a GP in training so the work hours are well... always...

      There is no penalty, it is just a personal challenge.
      
      I would recommend writing multiple hubs in the same niche. This makes it easier. Thats what I try and do. Similar, but not the same.
      
      For example, hubs about animals - dogs - and more specific
      
      1. training your puppy
      2. feeding your dogs healthy foods
      3. Taking your dog for a walk tips
      
      Hopefully, you get the picture. That was just an example, maybe you'll right about technology, travel, entertainment, or something.
      
      30 hubs in 30 days is not as hard as you think. What makes writing hubs more difficult is when you start making a lot, and run out of topics sometimes.

   You are Competing Against Yourself... Your Ability to commit to the achievement of 30 hubs in 30 days!
   
   Don't race into this... write a few hubs at your own pace BEFORE You get into this challenge. In that way you can evaluate your work and get to know others.

   Dr Amilia, many medical topics are highly sought after and I'm sure with your training you could write them well!
   Challenge yourself if you must, but remember to get your sleep too.
   I bet that after a heavy shift you could sit down and write a new hub in about 5 - 10 minutes about the case you just dealt with, and after a sleep you could add photos and glam it up a bit. You could easily do 1 a day this way!

      Where are your adverts? Have you turned google adsense off? I was going to suggest you break the text up and move that photo down as it is grabbing the prime adsense spot, but maybe you are not here to make money.
