    You must consider the facebook users, as in what age category is dominant etc. A lot of people spend time on facebook because they have nothing else to be at. Then you have your noobs, the once-a-month users and more.

    Facebook ads do have an affect depending on the service or product being advertised.

    Example: Facebook has a huge "weekend party" community smile As in people who work monday to friday, spend a lot of time on facebook and dream of a weekend.
    If you know what they need, you have a successful facebook ad.

    I go into Facebook with the Social Fixer add-on and do not see any ads smile

    What do I think about Facebook Ads.. I think they are crappy. They use women wearing almost nothing (not everyone likes to see stuff like those), not even related to the product or service.
