Hi all .. been here just under a week and just made my first pennies from adsense .. all 71p of it lol .. still, from reading others, that's not a bad start.
Wondered if you would mind giving any feedback on the following three hubs I've done and see how I can improve.
I've selected a variety .. one factual, one opinionated and 1 recipe which I'm doing a series of.
thanks

bump ... doesn't anyone want to check mine .. just one .. pretty please :-)
I had a look at your Robert Motherwell hub.
I would suggest you moved that photo down and leave space top right for an advert as that is the prime spot.
Plus at 270 words or thereabouts the hub is a bit short. I think you should try to expand it to 500 words at least.
The same applies to your other hubs. You should never have a big photo as the first thing in your hub, you will want advertising to be there. Move the photo further down so the big advertisement from Google can be there.
Thanks both .. Hadn't thought too much about the ad placements so that's not a bad idea ... can I change the layout retrospectively ? I'll have a look at some of them but will bear it in mind for future ones definitely.
Did wonder about the amount of copy .. will probably leave some but bear that in mind and I will work on teh Robert Motherwell one as that is a genuine interest so I'll boost that one when I get a little time.
thanks
any more ?
Just open the hub up and press edit. The layout can be changed or added to anytime. It is so easy in this platform with capsules to work with.
You can press the preview button to see how the hub will look at any time and click save when you are happy with it.
that better ?

Probably could be tidier but will have a play in the morning ta
That's a lot better, but you might want to tidy up that white space at the bottom - to the left of the Amazon capsules. Just separate out the text a bit to stretch over it.
Careful of white spaces - they look awful, but you got that main ad in a good position now

I understand the issue with keeping algorithms proprietary and all, but it'd be nice to know more about why scores climb and fall, how people are chosen as "best," and so on. We have a lot of talented people on here. And, there is admittedly a lot of crap. But, without getting any...

Well, it's been a few weeks now since one of the editors went through my INTJ piece. Here's my feedback.1. Definitely improved on a few of my sentences. That said, I truly don't believe that improving a handful of sentences is going to give me more traffic. 2. Added some pictures. I liked them when...
