    Does it just run-on?
Does it make any sense, is it coherent?

    Any critique would be welcome.

Interesting hub, and I commend your courage for taking it on and expressing your own opinion.   Being a conservative makes you a target for the  big time haters, who will shred you, harrass you, and do all kinds of mean and nasty things to you, just because.   They will actively persue hurting you.   I don't know how many are here that are like that, but they certainly exist in large numbers.

      Critique of your hub:
      1.   Your hub would likely be best split into probably three.
      2.   A little heavy on pictures and video for expressing YOUR opinions.

To address issue 1, I would suggest that you put your description of the event,  the who, where, when, and stated purpose in one hub, and then your own analysis of how it went down and affected you, and lastly, one that addresses what might be considered the "controversial" aspects.   Such as crowd size debates,  the language and topics chosen, the location and so on.

To address issue 2, I would suggest that your photos and video are best used in the descriptive hub of the event, and that if you have some that relate to the size, headcount or other specific topics of discussion, they go there, but your personal views or analysis only contain relatively generic images, a view of a speaker or a group of attendees or something that represent or illustrate some point you make, or you feel conveys best the overall impression.

But, I'm a new hubber, not a professional writer or anything of the sort, just a random visitor who happend to see a question unanswered and I thought I'd take a crack at it, and now let's see how the rest of the world agrees or doesn't.

    @weholdthesetruths
    Thanks for your response.

Very good points about splitting into multiple hubs. - I can see that they would be more focused that way.

Looks like a re-write is in order, hope you will check back and weigh in again.

That's a lot of information for one hub, but you put it together well. I disagree with most of it, but I commend you for your efforts.

      @ I Am DB Cooper
Greetings again. I just finished responding to your hub comment, and thanks for your comment here. I hope you will re-visit the hub, especially for a airphotoslive.com response.

I took the multiple hub suggestion from @weholdthesetruths to heart and have re-written the original hub. Hopefully it is now more streamlined and focused. A new hub with my opinions and comments will follow very shortly. I look forward to your review.

Yes, I gleaned that you disagreed with Beck, and I disagree with your disagreement - but that's the wonderful thing about having more than one flavor of ice cream, we can all have own own flavor and still enjoy the ice cream together.

I think it's really well written and I like it the long way. While I am at the other end of the political spectrum of many who were there, I understand their frustrations.

One of the best op ed pieces I've read in the past few months showed the parallels between the Sixties protestors and the current tea party protesters. I think we have more in common than we recognize. Sorry I can't remember where I found the piece. It's in one of the hundreds of magazines cluttering the living room at the moment.

Anyways I don't think you have to change much at all.

@Nelle  - oops! Too late, Thanks for the response

Even though it is not an evergreen topic, I enjoyed venting, unfortunately for anyone that raises the topic with me, I have very strong feelings on the general topic.

      - @weholdthesetruths made a good point about splitting it. 2 hubs for the work of one.

Most of the original "op-ed" type content will be back stronger than ever in a new hub - another link source - I hope you will check it out also.
