Hi! I noticed the Feed and would like to know if I should use this? I am totally in the dark about what this does...even after reading about it...so any simple explanation would be very appreciated!
Thanks,
Catgypsy
I "think" it shows activity concerning any hubs and forum threads where you have made any sort of comments.
Every hubber has their own RSS feed. A link is provided on the profile page. By default, it shows your latest hubs. Yours has this address:
http://hubpages.com/author/catgypsy/latest/?rss
To run that feed on HubPages, insert an RSS capsule into your hub, then use the URL provided, and specify how many entries you want shown and with what degree of detail. To run the RSS feed on a blog, use a corresponding widget.
HubPages also has a feed for the whole site, which I believe is what WriteAngled is talking about. It is available from the toolbar ("Feed"). You can use it to follow all relevant activities, and customize it to what you want displayed there. It is for our internal use only. You do not insert it anywhere, simply click on it to watch the feed as it is being continuously updated.

I have noticed some Hubs have an RSS feed link to other Hubs by the same author. Is there info anywhere on how to link Hubs this way? I have several that would benefit from this and would like to give it a shot. Thanks so muchRed

Hello All,I was wondering if anyone knows what happened with the Rss feed.I know that tag filtered rss, and the rss capsule have been retired a while ago, but the rss feed of an author, like this: http://east-europe-food.hubpages.com/hubs/latest?rss, redirects to the author page. Is this on...

A while back someone posted another method of using tags to make RSS feeds, and today I tried it out on 3 different hubs. The format used was: ht tp://hubpages.com/author/authors name/tag/latest?rssand it gives a feed with that tag but only from that author. The feature works fine on all three...
