What's the difference between hubscore and hubtivity??My hubtivity is 61.I have posted 9 hubs.Average score 62.shall i apply for adsense..??
Your author score or profile score is 61 , hub scores are the score on each individual hubs, hubtivity is your activity on Hubpages, it shows up on your profile page and does not have any scores attached to it, but does contribute to your hubscore.
Welcome to HP
Thanks sofs.61 is my author hub score and 62 is my average hub score (9 hubs). Is it enough for applying adsense. Please tell me.
I applied to Adsense after publishing just two hubs and was almost immediately accepted, but then again I applied through my blogspot account which I had for some two years prior eventhough I never published a single thing with it.
If you have nine hubs I would go ahead and apply. The worst thing that will happen is they will deny your application, in which case you can just wait a little while and apply again. It's really no loss on your part.
From your hub I am guessing that you are from India or may be Asia ..You may have to wait for the six month period before you get approved.. give it a try anyways.
I applied after only a couple of hubs and no other online activity, but I'm American. (I hate to say it like that because it makes me sound privileged.) It is true that applicants from the Asian sub-continent generally have to wait 6 months, but no harm in trying.
In the meantime, here are a few things that will improve your hubs:
1. Don't use so much bold. Once every couple of paragraphs is probably all that's needed for emphasis.
2. Use more "white space" like you did in the engineering hub, using subheads, short paragraphs, space between them, etc.
3. In your lists of favorites, link some of those directly to their website, or perhaps even where they can be bought (which will earn once you get an Amazon account).
I hope this doesn't sound overwhelming. Welcome to HubPages!

I've been on here for a few years, and I guess I never really understood the point of these scores. They don't seem to provide any real value to the user and I can't convince myself that they add value because they fluctuate so much. What's the point? Am I supposed to use these scores to tell me...

Wow, what a ride this has been. I have been around Hub Pages for only 29 days and now my Hub Score has reached 100! I just wanted somewhere to put my stuff out for some honest feedback and I get a heaping helping of positive juice! Thanks to those who chose to follow as you invested in the raw...

I got like 10 posts stuck in the mid 70's that I want to get to 80 so I can submit them to networks. What are some surefire ways to increase your score without changing everything? I use the same format on two hubs with similar subjects and one gets 93 and the other gets 77...so frustrating.

Hi there, I'd been on Hubpages for 6 months now but probably been active for only 2 or 3 weeks. At the moment, I have 7 hubs and only 1 have breached the 80 mark (75-85). Most are in the 70s. 1-2 will drop down to 60s every now and then. So my question is, how do you make a hub go above 80 in...

I got a 50point hub score in 9 days, is it a bad or good sign? How can I increase my hub score?
