A man calls 911 to report that someone broke into his home and stole his drugs. When the police got there they arrested him.
A lady called 911 to report that her tv wasn't working and she needed to watch her soaps. When an officer responded he reminded her of the fact that 911 is an emergency number only and actually fixed the tv.
A guy walks into a convenience store, goes over and grabs a bad, places the bag on his head and proceeds to try to rob the store. A kid waiting in line moves ahead of the robber and pays for his candy. The police were called and he was arrested.
What stories do you have?
I had a guy ride through the window of my motorcycle shop, steal a new motorcycle, put his number plates on the new unregistered bike and ride off......................leaving his old motorcycle on the floor of the shop!
It didn't take the police long to find him from the engine number on his old bike.
Seriously? That is just nuts!! We've had shoplifters but nothing close to that level!
Yes it is a true story. I was absolutely gob-smacked at his stupidity!
Well - you can't arrest a man for drugs that have been stolen! He must have been in possession of some other drugs that weren't missing!
Of course he's a fool either way - contacting the police about his chemicals!
What's more stupid, if you ask me, is the woman who finds her son or daughter's drugs - and then tries to turn them in to the police, in America at least - that person is always arrested. Possession of illegal drugs is illegal, and turning them over to police gets the person in possession arrested, whether they use drugs, think they are doing "the right thing," or regardless.
What about the one about the guy who wrote a hold-up note on the back of his paycheck. I thought that one was priceless.
I heard of that one! Complete stupidity at it's best! I laughed until I cried when I heard it!
Or the guy that broke into a small store late one night, quickly robbed it and walked home just a few doors down. Through several inches of freshly fallen snow!
Maybe he left a trail so he could find his way home again.
