New Notificaiton: When someone comments on your status update

   Recently we have seen an increase in the number of Status Updates that Hubbers have creating.  There has also been a corresponding increase in the number of comments on Status Updates. 
   
   Many Hubbers have requested a way to get a notification when someone comments on their Status.  I am happy to report that this feature is now available.  In fact, you can configure whether you want to receive a notification about this in your Notifications Settings Page.

      when go to that link, it asks security question.  when I put security name in, it just comes up with grey page

         Today is the first day I was even aware this status stuff exists. Fortunately, it does not appear on any of the pages I use here, so I shall continue to live in blissful ignorance of what is put up on it.

               It is on the feed (your home page) which you can access by signing out and signing back in. If I want to keep the feed open, I open two HP tabs and keep one on the feed and refresh as needed.  If there's an easier way to access it, someone can enlighten us. I do like to see the hubs that are recently published, etc. I really don't see that many status updates.

                  Is there any problem with just clicking on "HubPages" or "Home" (top left of page), rather than signing out and then back in?
                  
                  I don't use the status box or status updates, so I don't get any comments on it. And therefore I don't know if they would only show up by signing out and back in again.

                     Thanks! I knew someone would come along with an easier way to access. I never click on Home... now I know.
                     
                     BB - you're right about there being no filter for status updates. I assumed there would be, maybe it's something they can add as a filter.

   Hmm, maybe an old status update? Did you try using the filter on the feed? Maybe if you filter it to only show status updates, you may find yours. You can always switch it back to show whatever you want.
