The US Treasury's Internal Revenue Service operates a program called the EIC PROGRAM. This program sends checks for $2000 or more every year to American households reporting $48,000 or less in income. This program can and must be exspanded to send checks for between $50,000 and $20,000 to households reporting $65,000 or less in 2010.You must write your congressional representatives demanding this be done ASAP.This is the best and quickiest way to get our economy out of recession. We must stop being afraid to give large amounts of dollars to lower and middle income households. We must abandon the neanderthal method of creating jobs.  Infrastructure and public works programs are too old fashion and slow.We must stop giving too many dollars to organizations and too fewer dollars to household. We must get 70% or more of our GNP from American household. If monetary policy cannot fully support, stimulate and keep the economy out of recession, then fiscal policy must do it.This program will be very costly, but it will cost a great deal more if  it is not done.If we can spend billions of dollars weekly in Iraq and Afganahstan. We had better
find the dollars we need to send to American households. This truly a National Security issue,if there is any doubt ask former leaders of Egypt,Lybia and Syria. If the Bilderberg,Society of Free Masons,Council on Foreign Relations or The Trilateral Commission canbe of help in making this a reality the country would be in their debt, for rendering such a great service.

I absolutely agree.  It is very plain that folks making $30/hour ($60,000/ year) need more free money from the rest of us.  They cannot buy the 3D big screen, web surfing cell phones and Sea-Doos without it.

Yes, it will increase our debt load far above it's already unsustainable level and cause economic collapse, but that's all right.  If it helps these well off people buy more toys and have more fun the rest need to suck it in and suffer for them.  They need a 2500 sq ft house to survive and we shall provide that for them.

Actually Wilderness, you don't quite get it. America is the land where countries around the world sell their excess production. Without Americans spending the world is in big financial trouble. And the American consumer has been hurt by the ponzi housing theft of the banks. This puts the entire world economy in danger and the only ones getting bailouts have been the banks which don't lend.

Then the answer is simple: let China, Japan and Korea give those handouts to the richer Americans so they can buy Chinese, Japanese and Korean goods.  I would be glad to spend my free Yen on a new Toyata!

What you're saying is that either America bankrupt itself (and the world goes with it) by buying imports or the world goes bankrupt.  Nice choices!

It is about time we had a hand out for the people who have been forced to pay for all the other hands outs.  If we get deep enough in debt we can borrow the entire value of the global economy that should settle every bodies hash once and for all.  Maybe we can make the millionaires and billionaires buy me a new car and stock my pantry with delicious goodies because I am tired of taking care of myself.

Maybe we can seize every bank and make them do what we want.  That is sure to work out since governments are filled with angels and seizing businesses always makes them better.  It has worked so well in China, Cuba, Russia.  What more examples of progress does one need than these great workers paradises.  Workers of the world unite all you have to lose is everything.
