I'm sure the Hub Pages staff will get all the details sorted out and share them with us eventually. It would be good to have the option of using E-Bay besides Amazon on my hubs.
I have not used ebay as I don't have a website of my own which sells stuff. Most of my blogs are all about my personal stories and that is not really a great way to become an eBay affiliate.
I write stories and business articles as well. I am new with HUB pages. How are you doing with income? I have no experience as to advertising income since there is a waiting period before they take interest. Wish you the best.

Carole, Right now the eBay option is not available for addition to your HP account. I will update my eBay Hub in October as soon as HP announces the details of the new plan.
