Hi--
Just wondering.... if you have a hub that mentions a particular brand-name item, (not a sales/promotional hub--just a mention in passing relevant to the topic),...
and if you don't happen to have on hand any of the particular item..(and their website does not indicate).....
then, how do you choose which "special character," (i.e. "TM" "R" or "C") to place after the name of the item? Does it, in fact matter, as long as you indicate that it is a proprietary name?
Thanks for any clarification...
With the internet at hand (literally), looking up whether something is a service mark, trademark, copyright, etc. takes mere seconds.
That's the thing--I looked, and on the company's own website, there was not even an indication. .. it was a frustrating search with no results.
If you are poor, like me, and you are acting in good faith, like me. And you are not saying anything negative; they wont give a damn.
Just my opinion.
I specifically mention gatorade (TM, R, or C) in one of my articles and never even thought to include any of those.. DO I have to here also every time I say Gatorade(TM, R or C)?

This wasn't in the FAQ under "Publishing Rules and Policies", and learning center was kinda vague, so I thought I'd ask for a clarification here. Under what circumstances will Hubpages UNpub a hub based purely on a third-party complaint? I don't mean flagging, but a real letter or e-mail...

Explain the difference among racism, prejudice, and discrimination. All three words are often used interchangeably. Misuse and overuse obscure issues and make them difficult to address.
