The winner moves on the loser goes home . .which one of this weekends Wildcard games are you predicting will be the biggest upset?
NFC
- New York Giants vs Atlanta Falcons -
The Meadowlands is going to rock it this weekend and I am hoping to see the likes of Cruz dancing up a salsa storm! Osi healthy, Tuck, Jason Pierre Paul . .need I say more . .Ok I will, let talk Eli as he continues to improve every single season. They have been comparing this team to the SB 2007 Version . .and Im loving it.
- New Orleans Saints vs Detroit Lions -
Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson are the real deal, but the Saints are as hot as ever and they are playing in the dome. This is sure to be a great game.
AFC
- Pittsburgh Steelers vs Denver Broncos -
Will the loss of Rashard Mendenhall going to send this team home? With veterans such as Ben Roethlisberger, Hines Ward, James Harrison and Troy Polamalu I doubt the Broncos defense will be enough to cover up the fact that everyone has figured Tim Tebow out.
- Cincinnati Bengals @ Houston Texans - The Bengals are so young as most probably arent thinking they can win . .hmmm with Matt Schaub and Mario Williams out, and Andre Johnson is not at his healthiest (hamstring) could be a win for Cincy.
you kill me GO . .right thru the ♥
green and white traded the stadium and it will be dressed for big blue . .
jets no more
the game will bring back memories of hearing bruce when he played in the Meadowlands. .. . and you could hear waves of bruuuuuuuce.. . .
this weekend its gonna be just like the same sounding booooooooo
but its gonna be for cruz
go giants
Maybe not such a big upset as a party for me, the Saints all the way!
K9- you lucky dog rooting for the Saints! No cardia attack games for you, unlike us New Yawkers .
I think Drew Breez is the bomb of all bombs!
Go Saints!
I knew I adored you Wavegirl22! Our New Yawker friends and family may need a few extra cold ones to make it through the weekend!
...and I agree 100%, Drew be da Bomb!
hubhugs~
K9
I'll take the Bengals to beat the Texans. The biggest loss the Texans have had this season isn't Schaub or Williams, it's defensive coordinator Wade Phillips. He'll be in the press box this week, right where he was last week. He needs to be full strength and down on the field for that defense to click.
I think Wade is too busy thinking about his loss of a gall blatter and the fact he thinks he should be considered for the head coach!
Im with you on the Bengals!
Giants - Atlanta ?
Yeah, Wade Phillips was the definition of mediocrity as a head coach, but he's one of the best defensive coordinators in the business. He turned one of the worst defenses last season into one of the best this season, and he did it without many significant player changes.
Steelers, Giants, Who Dat and Bengals will win!
I found my other hat, can't find the yellow one..I will wear it so my team will win!!
And he did it so quietly.
What a breathe of fresh air seeing Maita in her steelersnation cap!
Ok I wont but you know Im thinking it
I'm picking Denver.
Not for any rational reason, I just enjoy having lots of people tell me how F-ing stupid I am.
If Denver could beat the Steelers, it would easily be one of the biggest upsets of all time. I am not sure it will happen, but it would be fun to watch.
the way the saints are playing right now .. I dont think the Lions are going anywhere but home tonight.. .
9:50 to go and the saints are up by 10

After seeing the low lights of the 4-3 loss to the Rockies. Errors, base running mistakes, and poor situational hitting, do you think the Giants can find a way to make up 3 1/2 games to win the wildcard? They still have a shot!

Being that my game already happened on Thursday between the Vikings and Saints, the remaining game that I am most looking forward to is the Monday night game:Baltimore Ravensvs.New York JetsBoth teams were amongst the most active in the NFL off season. In fact, I would say these are the two teams...

Two months ago I wouldn't have believed it but the Brewers are absolutely in wildcard contention. I admit, I'm one of those fairweather fans who gets more interested when they're winning, but I love going to games. I just hope they don't break my heart.

would be a fantastic QB showdown...

Texans over Cowboys. .. Cant decide on this one as the Texans have been playing great on offense, while Dallas is struggling. However, this could go either way as both defenses have not played well.Giants over Titans - I am hoping for a Giant win as these GMen need a win to to get back on track...
