It would be useful to have an option added to the flag list for reporting whole accounts include "suspect account" for when banned people create secondary accounts just for the purposes of subverting bans or being purposely antagonistic.
Great suggestion! I would first flag the accounts of those who try to defame HubPages.

I am sure that Hubpages makes interest from all of the earnings below threshold, but by keeping it at $50, it may be a long wait for a newbie. It would be a little more exciting and a better incentive if this could be lower, just like improving morale.
