So we have a terrific game to get us started this week, to begin in about 15 minutes.

Kansas City Chiefs at San Diego Chargers.

The weather looks great in San Diego, anyway.

Perfect post timing on this one  . .I cant stop laughing watching Norv. ..

I can attest to the perfect weather in San Diego at the moment.

Thinking you and I might have more fun tonight talking politics then watching this game. . wink

Norv will be unemployed if the Chargers lose this one.

My only interest in this game is that I have Antonio Gates on one of my fantasy teams, and he done me good already. You have Jamaal Charles, right? Hey, I hope the score is 49-48, they both score a bunch, and I don't care who wins.

I did a hub on the Steelers @ Giants and mentioned you and touching Tiffany fondly. Lol.

I will have to go take a gander wink

And yes I do have Jammal. Personally I cant stand the Chargers and their little victory sissy chant. This game is already boring me. Good thing I can go read up on the Steelers and Giants.

Glad to see you staying out of the Political forum. .

You told me to go over and post on the political forum!

I just posted on "Just an idea.....what will the liberals do if Romney wins?" started by Barefootfae.

Yeah, this game is boring. Can't wait for the Steelers/Giants on Sunday.

Rivers is going to get banned in San Diego if he blows this game. Did you hear him get booed at end of the first half after he threw that pick? Great call Norv. The Chargers should have either run the ball or thrown it to Gates, so I could get more points.

yes its all about you getting them points.

Jammal not giving me much tonight. Was hopping that last run was going to tie the game.

    BLACKANDGOLDJACKposted 11 years ago

Well yeah, me getting points is important. Especially from guys I have on my fantasy teams like Big Ben, Mike Wallace, Antonio Brown, and the black and gold gang that is going to turn Blue blue on Sunday.

I also have the Steelers defense but I think I'll save them for the Chiefs on Nov. 12.

So what is going to be the biggest surprise in the NFL today?

My guess (and hope) is that the Browns will surprise the Ravens. The Browns have been overachieving the past several weeks, or have they actually become a decent team? The Ravens are coming off a bye and have had significant injuries, particularly on defense.

The Ravens have a beast in Ray Rice and the Browns have Trent Richardson who is working on becoming a beast.

    wavegirl22posted 11 years ago

the Ravens pulled it out and with 35 seconds and one more quarter the Giants are looking like the team that wants to win more. Seems like the refs are giving them a little help though.
    Giants 20
    Steelers 10

Im really in the mood for a salsa  . think I will get that dance today?

cant wait to hear what BGJack has to stay about that faked field goal.

Don't cry, wavegirl22. Cowgirls lost and if Vick's Beagles lose tonight the Giants will still be up 2 1/2 in the division.

If I tell you what exactly what I said about that fake field goal I'll be banned. Terrible play call when you have less than a yard to go for a first down and Redman was running the ball well. If you are not going to kick a 20-yard field goal and tie the game, giving it to Redman should have been the play. Of course, if the play would have worked, somebody would have been a genius. That's the beauty of 20-20 hindsight.

Im officially on football strike. At least the Colts won and to see their locker room after the win maybe the only memory right now that brings me back.

Heres to another week of having to hear should Tebow replace Sanchez.

        Week 10 and Im dismayed.

BGBlack - did you read that article I posted on your Hub yesterday?

BLACKANDGOLDJACKposted 11 years agoin reply to this

Yes, thank you very much. I just put a comment on the Hub about it.

Yeah, I also just watched the game again. Last night I was a little distracted by all the shouting going on at my favorite establishment that serves adult beverages. You could run with the football better than Shaun Suisham. At least you would have put a little hip swivel on #37 in blue and got a first down.

Ya know my beloved Raiders can always make a comeback...yeah, right! wink

BLACKANDGOLDJACKposted 11 years agoin reply to this

Well, I can't rag on the Raiders too much since they beat the Steelers but . . . giving up 251 yards and 4 touchdowns to one guy? And McFadden got hurt. Don't look good for the silver and black, lorlie6.

Personally I would like to give a shout out to Carson Palmer for indulging me with a nice amount of ff points.

And a little Boo to my boy Eli for giving me next to nothing in fantasy, not even a salsa.

    1. BLACKANDGOLDJACK profile image72
BLACKANDGOLDJACKposted 11 years agoin reply to this

Yeah, Carson put it up more than Eli and Ben combined, so you should have some points.

I sure hope Vick completes some passes mostly to a bunch of Saints tonight, and I suspect you do too.

I dunno, you sound like a New England Patriots fan to me. If so, you should probably try a porn site for friends.

this is a torn game for me tonight.

        1-need points from DeSean
        2-love Spags
3-dislike the karma of the Saints (Peyton)
4-had the giants not lost already to the iggles I could cheer a teeny weenie bit (like to watch a hot Vick)but like I said the Giants loss to the Iggles is one that is haunting.

Looking forward to the candiates at half time.

I almost puked when Romney said he was a Patriots fan last night. Is that why you are not voting for him?

You probably didn't get enough points from Shady McCoy last night. I barely squeaked out a win of less than 2 points on one of my teams because Coltston fell a little short of what he needed. Jimmy Graham came through for me on my other team.

Thursday night game, Colts at Jags, doesn't excite me much at first glance. I don't have any fantasy players in the game as Jones-Drew won't play. I have to check and see if my opponents have players going in that one.

Can we concentrate on football now?

Yep, that's what sunk Romney. On the night before the election he comes out of the closet and admits he is a Patriots fan.

ha ha did you expect any less from Mitt?

Ok back to the NFL (though I do not think I am finished with the election. What can I say today I am truly proud to be an American) or maybe is it I dont want to go back to the "will Tebow save the Jets this week"

      1. BLACKANDGOLDJACK profile image72
BLACKANDGOLDJACKposted 11 years agoin reply to this

Yeah, I think the Jets will be the number one story in the NFL for Week 10. It already started with Sexy Rexy being named this week as most overrated coach in the NFL (Sporting News poll of players). I heard him say in the press conference he finally beat Belichick, who was second, at something.
