   At present India's central government  is engaged in many scams and frauds, Indian corp orates are also towing the same line.
   Corp orates are coming out with public issues and asking premium from people and after listing price fails , people are loosing money and companies eat away in the name of premium.Corporate social responsibility  imposed by government , they come out with new ideas, literacy,  health services , till date i do not know what is the success rate?
   Business Ethics has become synonym , everybody has liberty to mean as anyone's liking.
   In USA there is Anti-trust law to punish guilty corp orates
   In India seldom any businessmen punished by judiciary.
   The people have to decide and .go for action.

   No. And I mean that worldwide.
   
   The good news... There are exceptions, though I can't think of any at the moment.
   
   Actually, I just thought of two. A little store on the corner where I live. And the Stater Bros. grocery store chain has always struck me as professional and ethical.

   I think that there are ethical businesses, unfortunately, they tend to be driven out of business by the big boys, or seen purely as some eco initiative. As far as I can, I just support local enterprise. Not all business people are scoundrels or tax evaders- thankfully.
