We have had several reports that authors have been having issues associating their AdSense account with their HubPages profile.

The issue arises when trying to verify account information via the AdSense API.
It could result in a blank screen or a server error at this time.

Our engineering team is doing further research to determine the underlying issues.

    Thanks for your continued patience.

      Just an update.

We have reached out to Google as the issue seems to be with their server, but have yet to hear back from them.

In the meantime, you may want to try another browser like Opera or use incognito mode in your browser and they may work.

Just wanted to update folks on the status of this issue.
      It should now be resolved.
Please let us know if you are still experiencing the error message when you attempt to associate a valid and approved Google AdSense code.

If I continue to publish Hubs without having My Adsense connected, will they automatically be linked to the Adsense once this crap is all sorted out?

Once the issue has been resolved and you are able to associate and setup the ad programs fully, then, yes, ads should show on your content.
You will be able to show advertisements later on your current Hubs and others created before the program was active for your account.
