How would you improve this hub for success on pinterest? And, how would you have categorized it? I put it under mental health, but I'm not sure that's the best place for it. (I just couldn't find a better place)

I like your hub. The hub is good for business. It is good for highly effective people. Corporations need advices for their employees to motivate them and learn. Some people do not know how to use time wisely. You are great. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Create a custom graphic that is eye catching and has a good hook "How to be more productive" is mediocre to boring - "5 Quick, Easy Tips Guaranteed to Increase Your Productivity" or something like that is more enticing... It tells people you are going to solve a problem and do it quickly. Of course only use that if your hub actually has 5 tips lol, otherwise modify the MFP text, but do so in a catchy way that truthfully communicates what your hub is about. Nothing is more annoying than inaccurate pins on Pinterest, so be honest, but punch it up a bit.
Create a graphic that has text that contrasts nicely with the background. You can use images from pixabay or similar sites for the background, then dress them up with good text. You want your image to catch the eye, and then prompt the lookyloo to click . You do that with good text and a good pin description. In your description create a blurb not too long - keep it short and to the point, but with words that are a call to action.
Examples: Learn to move past sabotaging behaviors and reach your goals easily with....
Get control and get inspired with these simple techniques... etc. (use action words)
Your quote graphics in that hub could be pinned to a motivational quote board, but those rarely lead people to click through and are mostly just pinned, unless you have a really great pin description.
As for categorizing it on HP - that isn't going to really make a difference to its Pinterest performance. There is a sub-section in the mental health for self-improvement/self-help I believe.
Thanks ChristinS! Now that I've read and processed your comments several times and thought about how to apply them, they seem pretty obvious, but I highly doubt I would have thought of them on my own. So, thanks for taking the time to type them up for me! I really appreciated you pointing out how to improve the images I was using as pins and titles. It's really helpful to get specific feedback! Thanks again!
Another question for you, do you use pinterest as a business or a personal account? And if you use it as a business, do you have a separate personal account? (I hope you don't mine me asking!)
Right now, I use one account with several boards, but I have considered breaking it up and maybe trying a business account for some of my other sites. For hubs, I just use my personal account. christinspins is my account name if you want to view some of my boards, not all are used for business, I use Pinterest for everything. I love it because it's visual so I bookmark all sorts of stuff with it.
Christin´s suggestions are really great but I also want to point out that very few people are going to see your photos if you are the only one pinning them. Do some searching and find some group boards to join. Pin things that are appropriate to your boards too, and over time you will have more visitors to your boards.
This is going to take some time but it is definitely worth it.
That makes a lot of sense, and is definitely something that I needed to have someone point out to me. Thanks! Any hints for finding appropriate group boards? (Are their any ways of specifying that you want to see only boards that have multiple contributors?) Or this is done by just good old fashion search and check each response?

I truly don't get it. It's a whole lot of pretty pictures. How does posting our articles to pinterest get them read?

We've been talking about leading photos in the forums and while it's not just about having a leading photo, it's about having a really great leading photo. We recommend this because we see these photos get shared a disproportionately number of times higher. The quote of the day "People...

I have been reading older forum posts and doing some research on my own for this question. I know some Hubers have great success with Pinterest so I would love to hear what you are doing that works. Thank you.

I have been pinning my Hubs on Pinterest for a few months now, and about 70 of my Hubs are now pinned. I have also had several of my pins to Hubs shared by others on Pinterest. Despite all of this, I do not have one single click from Pinterest showing up in my HubPages traffic...

I have been attempting to pin hubs to Pinterest this evening and it kept saying whoops and something about the account. So I went to Pinterest and just looking at it from a glance, all looked okay until I clicked on one of my boards, and apparently someone by the name of "pinner"...
