I have been writing most of my life but only recently published a book on Kindle.  I am a novice and. therefore have no clue where to go from here.  The title of my book is My Son His Son and is a personal story about my journey, as a Mother, through my son's rebellion.

Are you a book author?  Have you published any of your work on Kindle? Do you have suggestions or help for me to get the book out there and into the hands of parents who need support?

Wherever you have published your book, copy and paste that link to as many social media places you belong to. If it's on Amazon, promote it from there as well. Find Parental Magazines and contact them to see if they will feature your book in it. If you have a lot of friends online, see to it that they are made aware of where to purchase your book. I give my digital books away FREE at my own site, if my followers like what they read, they can go back in and actually order the soft covered books directly from my publisher. Good luck, keep spreading the word around of  your book and it should get exposure.

saddlerider1, How do you promote it on Amazon?  I like the idea of contacting Parental Magazines, have never thought of that.  I do not have a soft covered book - nor a publisher.  Any suggestions on publishers?  Thank you for the encouragement and great ideas.  Blessings!

Oh I misunderstood you then, I thought you said you had published a book on Kindle? If you haven't published or found a publisher then that's a different matter. There are a number of publishers who do Ebooks and you might just want to search for one or two who offer their services at the Hubs. My publisher is on the east coast of Canada. Well to promote it on Amazon you first have to have a published book, by the way, they also offer that service, you might want to research them as well. You can also go through BLURB they offer services for editing and publishing as well as printing. My books are printed through them. Good luck with your research, if you check out some of the places I've mentioned here, you will be well on your way to publishing your first book. Have fun with it.

Now it's my turn to clarify.  I did self-publish a kindle e-book on Amazon and am weighing the option of making it a soft covered book too.   I guess I'm wondering about the advantages of getting an 'official' publisher.

The e-book is sitting there on amazon piled under all of the other e-books wink.   I know my story has touched many lives already.  I believe it will help parents living a nightmare they never dreamed possible.  Your suggestions may help me get the word out.

I'll check out blurb too saddlerider1.  Thanks for all your help!!
