Parents of 2 Benghazi victims sue Hillary Clinton

   Patricia Smith and Charles Woods, the parents of two Americans killed in the 2012 attacks on a U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Hillary Clinton. The suit was filed in federal court in Washington, D.C.

   I say its about time, and good for Patricia Smith and Charles Woods for having the courage to do what is right.  I hope Hillary will not get away without paying dearly for the wrongful deaths of Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods.  Then, there are two others...

      Hmm. I wonder why they filed the suit three months before the presidential election instead of four years ago when their sons were killed.
      
      Maybe this will inspire the parents of the 7,000 soldiers who died in Iraq and Afghanistan.
      
      They will all sue George Bush for "murdering" their sons and daughters while chasing after phantom weapons of mass destruction.

         You keep on wondering.  The facts came out most recently in the FBI report.  Same with the "intentionally inflicting distress" and "defamation of character". 
         
         In 2002, Hillary Clinton’s vote gave President George W. Bush the authority to invent a war on Iraq. They never should have gone in, and Imama Obama should never have pulled out with clear warning that that action would destabilize the Middle East, and then created ISIL/ISIS.  I do not let any of them off the hook for murder, they all have innocent blood on their hands.  Oil and greed does that!

            Benghazi hero, Kris "Tanto" Paronto said Clinton failed to provide adequate security for the compound that would fall victim to terrorists, and followed up that mistake by failing to provide reinforcements as the battle waged on for 13 hours.
            
            “I hope it (Benghazi) haunts her,” Paronto said, adding that he doesn’t think it truly will because, “I don’t think she has a soul.”

               Before you vote, think about all those that serve this great nation ... and ask yourself, "Do you want this person as your next commander-in-chief?".    I salute these brave Heroes that gave the ultimate sacrifice. My heart goes to all their family members for their tragic loss at such early ages. The families definitely deserve compensation for the murders of these brave men.

   I salute these heroes as well, but have you folks read any of the findings of the Benghazi investigations?  The terrorists who killed them are the murderers.  Nobody sued Reagan when 230 Marines were killed in Beirut on his watch under similar circumstances.  Ask anyone in a position of authority on that night: What more could have been done?

      There may be a precedent, but I don't think so. I can't imagine the US government allowing an official to be held personally responsible for outcomes of their actions as officials. Where would it end?

         Justice for all is a DREAM!  Its a VISION!
         The glass is 1/2 full to me (when it appears 1/2 empty).
         Just an eternal optimist.
         I cannot live without Hope! 
         
         The Hillary lawsuit includes "intensionally inflicting distress" and "defamation of character".   Hillary's lies are biting her in the rear, there is plenty of evidence.  I followed the whole story since Benghazi, I listened to the eye-witnesses boots on the ground ...
