    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my Hub that I have edited with a new title. http://hubpages.com/forum/newtopic/cate … neal-Gland "The Definition of the word Ascension." What can I do to improve?

I have followed the elements of a stellar hub!
Above 1150 words - two videos ( my own)
one poll - three images ( my own)
I have added a few links what in my personal opinion adds to the article.

    Thanks!

Nadine the link leads to posting a forum topic and not your Hub.

Oh? But I did change the title. I must have done something wrong? Maybe I should publish the edited article as a new article and delete the old. Thanks

      Hi Nadine,

While it's okay to have a slightly different URL to the title, yours are so different that you might think about copying the text into a completely new hub and deleting the original. The word 'pineal' doesn't figure in the hub at all but the URL is based on it.

    Nadine,

When I publish my hubs I always make the URL more general than the title to allow for title changes in the future. In your case you've made a very specific URL mentioning "Pineal-Gland".  I don't see what that has to do with "Ascension", which is the subject of your hub.

For that reason, I agree with the suggestion from theraggededge. Normally you don't want to delete and republish under a different URL, but in this case it's a good idea, especially since it's new anyway.

In addition, you did not make your hub mobile friendly. Try to avoid two columns. That will soon be eliminated anyway.

Examples of what I mean -

    1. Your YouTube video on the right column appears before your talk about it on a mobile device. It would be better to appear after the text where you talk about it. That is one of the problems with using two columns. I talk about that in detail in my hub about making hubs mobile friendly. You can check out how it appears on a smart phone by clicking the preview tab and select "mobile preview."

    2. Your poll appears before you talk about the subject on a smart phone too. That is misleading and the reader will have no idea what the poll is about. Same issue. Not mobile friendly.

The page seems to be highly promotional. I'm not saying that you are trying to enrich yourself, so much as you are trying to promote the ideas that you believe in.

Having said that, there are at least two links that lead, ultimately to the books that you have written and published on Amazon, one via your website, one direct.

The foregoing is roughly true. I will take corrections since it was confusing, lol.
