If a Hub dies, does it go to heaven or is it reincarnated?

    Have you ever had a hub die? You know what I mean, right? It's when the hub gets de-featured for not getting enough traffic, etc.

    When this happens, do you let the hub die a happy death and assume it goes to hubber heaven?

    On the flip side, do you try to help reincarnate the hub so that it can be reborn?

    Where do dead hubs go?

      When your Hub is unFeatured it doesn't disappear, it continues to exist.  It's just that very few people can see it. 

      If one of my  Hubs is unFeatured for "lack of engagement" (which simply means lack of traffic), then I will take a hard look at it, do some Google searches for the topic and ask myself, is the lack of traffic because the Hub is weak or just because it's not a highly searched topic?  If it's because the Hub is weak, I'll try to improve it.  If it's just because it's not a highly searched topic, I will give up on it.

    Some of my hub articles did die, but I tried to resurrect some of it.

    If a hub has done OK in the past and it is evergreen then I will definitely try to update it and get it going again!
