Obviously the Griffin phenomena  is a bit 'out there" , However ,  Is it really that far a jump to say she may represent more of the left than they are actually even apologizing for ?

The silence from the left is VERY revealing ?

It is revealing.  Their reaction if the tables were turned and a far right person had done such a thing would be unrelentingly rabid.  Weak responses (CNN firing her because advertisers threatened to bolt is a weak response) and too much silence otherwise, is a tell that can't be ignored.  I would say this about the situation no matter what administration we were under.  The wrongness of this behavior is of a magnitude that we cannot measure today, but any measure of its acceptance in today's world will have far-reaching and devastating consequences for our society.  It is very sad.

The media got a shake up. Kathy Griffin thought it was funny to pretend President Trump had been beheaded. Sickening!

See, what has been happening is that the mockery of this president by the left-stream press has gone too far. Those in the media who are negative have forgotten respect and decency.  They have begun to feed off one another’s rhetoric until we have terroristic actions (faked in effigy and/or verbally aggressive) taking place. This is where you see the demonic taking hold of the mountain in an overly confident manner. The enemy always overplays his hand, and surely did in this case.

Goodbye, Kathy. We'll be watching for others in your field to follow in answer to prayers. ~ Give Him 15!

The left does need to speak out, and very loudly. We are too polarized already and none of us should allow an opportunity to divide us further go unchallenged.

I see the majority of the left speaking out. Perhaps you don't want to listen because you're too comfortable complaining about them.

Care to quote ALL the leftists speaking out against it and calling it what it should be called ,  No , It will just drop through the cracks like it didn't even  happen

That IS the left's usual  response to their own BS.

What would you like us to do beyond saying "that was a crappy thing for her to do"? Would you like us to burn her at the stake to prove a point? Of course then you'd just blame us for inciting more violence...

You saying that "it was a crappy thing to do "  Is a far far cry from  what you were saying about  many liberals  decrying Griffins  moron act .     I get it that you feel  bad or guilty about it .

Ask yourself this ,  Just how much milage do you suppose Islamic extremists  will get out of that photo ?
I can see their headlines now ,"Look everyone , this is how much even  AMERICANS hate Trump "
There is a potential cost to every stupid  celebrity  who acts this way , and for what , money ?

I don't feel guilty about it because I didn't and would never do it. I feel frustrated by it because it only strengthens the divide. I think it was dumb and distasteful and I've said so at least ten times.

Seriously, tell me, what else do you want us to do about it beyond verbally condemning it?

If you made Britbart your go to news source and protested outside of Obama's new mansion it would probably go a long way in appeasing ahorseback. smile

                Gross.

Now, if I was asked to have dirty thoughts about Paul Joseph Watson from infowars... I could do that.

                Like, right now.

                I volunteer.

People do have freedom of speech to say what they want, but sometimes those words may have consequences.  Kathy may have broke the law though...if so she should be arrested?

Threatening the President of the United States is a class E felony under United States Code Title 18, Section 871.

Kathy Griffin is as warped as the Obama haters who hung him in effigy, or engaged in target practice with his image,  or burned his image
