well the answer is very easy when you do your exercises you'll refresh your mind and your body so you'll be able to get over your problems and you'll be mentaly healthy
It's scientifically proven that exercise strenghtens the connections between the mind and the body. Also participating in exercise gives you a chance to think of new ways of exercising, not to mention the activity itself will clear your mind of all stress and anxiety. To be creative you need inspiration, and a run through a forest of sorts will give you the chance to do so. Well thats what i do anyway.
Yoga inversions are supposed to help with thinking. By putting yourself in an upside down position all of the blood rushes to your head. Also by being upside down it's supposed to give you a different perspective of the world, which could help with creativity.
