   my website rejected by google adsense.?
   
   Issues:
   - Page Type
   
   - Your website must be your own top-level domain (www.example.com and not
   www.example.com/mysite).
   - You must provide accurate personal information with your application
   that matches the information on your domain registration.
   - Your website must contain substantial, original content.
   - Your site must comply with Google AdSense program policies:
   https://www.google.com/adsense/policies" which include Google's webmaster
   quality guidelines:

   please help me....!!

   First of all, you have no Hubs.  With no pages or content, you are going to be rejected.
   
   Secondly, you need to follow the instructions for joining via HubPages, not for signing up with you own domain, unless you actually have one.

   I think you're talking about your own website, and not a page on HubPages.
   
   Looking at the various sections of answers that apparently Adsense gave you, under the heading Page Type, I hope these answers of mine may help you:
   
   What you may have is a "mini website" - a website on somebody else's website.  If so, then you are not the owner of the main website, and only the owner gets to say if they want Google Adsense on their site or not.
   
   If you are the owner of the site that you gave the URL of to Adsense, (one can usually see who owners of sites are by checking on the registrar's site) then you need to use your same name for registering for Adsense.
   
   Also, if the site is your own and your name matches when registering for Adsense, there may not yet be enough text content on it for Adsense to be happy with it.
