Rich people are wise they invest there money at the Real Estate they buy some properties and when time goes by they will sell it double or triple the price or they will look for someone who will rent it.
Poor people spending there money for "human WANTS"like cellphones, expensive clothes, shoes etc.not so important.that's one of the reason why rich getting richer and poor getting poor...

Monery begets money. This is the perfect dialogue about money. Poor people   do not get money because they have no money. Had the money been with them, they would have become rich, richer and richest.

because that has always been the way, the rich and powerful have always had enough money to keep the poor down, and they always will.

Money means nothing. The central banks (federal reserve) print worthless money whenever they need it.

The rich have ties to this worthless paper and are able to retain most of it by manufacturing ways to take from the poor, in the form of taxation or manipulation.

We all have EVERYTHING we need. Money is as they say, the root of all evil. We don't need money to be happy. Being happy is a matter of choice. Most rich people are far from happy. Most rich people end up as a target of the media THEY created to begin with.

One reason is leverage.  The rich have the ability to borrow more and leverage assets.
