    Have you made money, is it easy to do so, is the site user friendly etc

    IMO on Elance you will find a lot of service providers who will work for you at cheap rate and if you are thinking to write for Elance then you will have to bid on projects where the employer wants a highly qualified writer and is ready to pay wages as you deserve. There are lot of providers who earn well through Elance.

    Well, I am a full time freelance writer and I only work for Elance's buyers.  I don't even bid on jobs anymore because I have a great group of buyers from around the world that I work for on a regular basis.   As for the site.....it is SO user friendly and I love that every job uses Escrow and you can either have money transferred to your bank account, your paypal account or you can get an Elance prepaid card and have them put the funds on that...which is what I do.   You should definitely check it out!
