I agree with pisean , I get out run away, never think about it, enjoy myself and then pops something from no where; would like to hear from you on this, you never seem to run out of ideas!

The first thing I do is read around Hubs, pick other people thoughts. After just a short while I find a topic that I think I can present in a better way and/or with more information. But it's always good to unplug, if you know how smile Ideas come on their own, I usually have a bunch of ideas in my head when I get up, so that is not a problem most of the times.

I like to check out the Ideabank (on your My Account page).  A lot of the requested hub topics are things I know nothing about, but sometimes I get an idea from something listed there, or else something listed there reminds me of something new that I haven't yet written about.  It's definitely worth a look.

I better not go on line then, cos i will just post irrelevant topics. It will be better that way than spoiling my profile before millions of online people around the world.

    There is NEWS everywhere...

Now, I understand why we have so many happenings around the globe. Just reading about it, makes us create our own views about it and what better way to express ourselves, than by writing smile

Writing material can be found anywhere. Watching kids play is a great source, but so is any of the many little lessons we see around us in daily life.

People ask me a lot of questions about relationships, etc. Sometimes it's just easier to write it into an article. I think it's mostly an attitude thing. At times I find something to write about in everything that passes my way, and other times I have a total brain freeze and nothing works. That's when I pull out the photo album and go down memory lane. I know there's a story in there somewhere.

You can search to see what people are looking for. You can have a look at google trend, fashion trend etc, then pick a few then write reviews on some. You could also check the hubs- on the buttons, there is one which gives you choices of answering questions or writing a hub, so chose to write, and bingo, you have more than you can handle!

I head over to Amazon and start looking for products that I find interesting, or things I would want to buy.

If I am stumped, I look at some of the famous quotes written by some very famous and infamous people. Sometimes very funny, like Groucho Marx, or prolific as in Mark twain...just a phrase sets me thinking and usually we have liftoff.

That's when I pay close attention to everything around me during the work-day, and writing down notes when something or someone or event gives me an idea.

I always carry a little notepad where i write every idea i have throughout the day... This way i always have something to write about.

If by any mean i run out of ideas, i just forget about it for some time, go and take a walk, read a newspaper... Ideas will pop up!
