    Many people that scam today leverage on the bad name that has been created in the past.
    The issue is, why are people so greedy to fall for scamers. If not greed, how can one esplain a sitaution where you are asked to help receive money that you never worked for with a promise of some percentages?
    Scammers cannot succeed in geting you if you are not greedy.
    I always tell people to be real and don't expect to reap where you did not sow and you will be fine.

    There's no regulatory board in Nigeria designed to hold scammers and con-artists accountable for their crimes. Since anyone in Nigeria can get away with fraud, they do it on a mass scale. I like to forward their scams to other scammers. Makes for interesting chainletters. smile

    I don't think there is proper check on the issue, because if there is then it will curbed. Nigeria as we know is one of the most corrupt countries. You don't think that a scammer will bribe enforment officials if caught?
