   The Fidelity Amex is nice. I use the Blue Cash amex. 5% back at grocery, gas, and drugstores.

   American Express, Capital One and Chase. Blue Cash from American Express offers "up to 5 (percent) cash back at supermarkets, gas stations, and drugstores.

   It depends on what you need and what your specific situation is.  There are many types of cards, from secured, to unsecured, to pre-pay to merchant... 
   There are also cards that cater to people with bad credit. 
   Just understand your specific situation and your needs... and DO SOME RESEARCH!
