Who had the best offseason in MLB?

Clear favorites are Boston with addition of Adrian Gonzalez, Carl Crawford & Bobby Jenks.  I like what the Brewers did as well picking up Greinke.  Can't argue with the Phillies being better having Cliff Lee.  Who's your pick for Best and 2nd best off seasons.

The Phillies lost Werth but got Lee at below market value, so I'll go with them. The Red Sox will miss the numbers Beltre put up this past year, but he won't put them up again this year so it was a loss either way.

Best offseason in my opinion goes to The Boston Red Sox. Not only were they able to sign Adrian Gonzalez & Carl Crawford their nemesis New York Yankees didn't get Cliff Lee or any of the players mentioned above.

I think your choices and mine are the same, however I wish the Blue Jays would at least try to compete with NY and the Red Sox. I still think its up to the Phillies to lose overall   Peace!!

Without a doubt, the Phillies for picking up Cliff Lee.  Sure, they lost Werth, but there is a lot of talent on the bench and down on the farm.  But in the playoffs, pitching and defense are key!

The Phillies stealing away Cliff lee from Texas and the Yankees to create the 4 aces qualifies them as having the best off season.
