I am fairly new to hubpages, and if you will read what I have written so far, the first three were written when I was EXTREMELY stressed out.  I actually was writing out of a lot of personal pain.  But what I did was, I put that stress into my writing, and went back and fine funed it.  I guess it is different for everybody.  Read mine and see what you think.  It came out OK, my first three.  But I was able to do it, and you have no idea what kind of stress I was going through.  Once I got to writing though, it all fell into place.

You need to relax and go within. Get your heart and mind tuned in to each other in oneness of purpose and let it flow out of you.

Dang, I don't worry about writing at all, I know that what I'm going to be said, and regardless of anyone who tries to stand in the way.  It's unstoppable, and will be said, NO MATTER WHAT. My advice is to drink a beer or three, if that's your thing, listen to your favorite tunes, or watch your favorite film, and, if it's also your thing, smoke a cigar; and those thoughts of yours will surely start to flow.

Some of my most intense and revealing writing is done under stressful circumstances....

Much of it gets deleted, some of it gets edited and honed and published here, or taken to another venue.

Just because you write it, doesn't mean you have to publish it.  That is a fantastic reason to choose HP, you have the control as a writer.

You really don't even need HP to release yourself, your stress, worries, anger or torment...just let the pen flow across the page.  Later, you may choose to or not to design a hub around what you revealed.

Maybe it's time to think about you. Set aside hub writing and do whatever it is on the top of your mind that needs doing, and then unwind. The inspiration to write will come.

Get up and run around the block, dance to some music, jump up and down, or something physical to get the stress out of your body. Then sit down with a glass of water and write.

Write a hub about being stressed?

I've found that writing hubs helps me to calm down and focus when I'm stressed. I'm not saying it's easy! But it is helpful.

Make some notes on the hub you want to write. Make key points. By focusing on what you want to write, and pouring your energy in that topic, you can produce some good quality content. Just ensure you check the hub before publishing it to ensure it's the best it can be!

I find that getting my mind off of whatever it is that is making me nuts but coming to HUbPages, helps to alleviate said stress. It just does. Not sure how that works, but it does. Try to write something silly. That really works.
