How do you feel about a user creating a second account, so they can ask a question on their own hub?

Every time I browse through "Latest Questions", I see the same hub. "I won't name it", but It keeps popping up throughout the day.  At first I thought to myself, "Wow, what great advertising, someone's always asking a question on this hub!" Then I got suspicious...
I looked at the questioner's profile. He was a new user, with a hubber score of 30, no picture, and no hubs. He asked 5 questions, on 5 different hubs, that were ALL wrote by the same user. Every 2 hours, he asked a new question, on those "same" 5 hubs, then deleted his profile. Everyday, a new user appears, and does the same thing!

Flag the profile of that Hubber and inform HubPages of this behaviour. If it's not allowed then they'll take action.

I don't know how I feel about this. It seems so wrong, but tons of people are doing it. It obviously isn't illegal to do on here, or else the people, "like the one I described", would be banned from here.
I'm always seeing new users, "without pictures", asking questions on hubs. I myself, think it's a good idea, plus I could use the traffic, but it still seems so wrong!
When hubpages created the "Answers" section, I'm sure that this is not what they had in mind for it.
Note: I did bring that hub, "and named it" to the attention of hubpages in an unrelated email. I got a response to the email, but not to that particular query. It's been a week, and I'm still seeing the hub I wrote about. That's why I wanted to ask a question about it.

Well, I must be very naive! Didn't know that was happening. Can't believe HubPages would condone it, although if it is still going on, I guess they don't see it as a problem. What a shame.

Maybe I am misunderstanding, but are you seeing the question being asked because you are following the hubber that has written the article? Or is it just that you are seeing it when going through the Answers section? I haven't seen it but maybe because I haven't been looking for it. If that is the case, I would stop following that particular hubber.

I know it is illegal to operate two profiles on hubpages, so I am sure the staff is working on it. Hopefully they take care of it soon. It really is an abuse of Hubpages!

You may have more than one account, as long as they are used in the spirit of contribution to the community. Creating large numbers of accounts for solely promotional purposes may result in all of them being banned. Creating Hubs about the same or very similar subjects in different accounts is also prohibited. Please stick to a persona in the forums; using more the one account to post in the same forum thread is not allowed.
