Libya is alrady a good place to live... Sorry to say that, but when an average american hear "Libya" he thinks that that is some kind of terrorist country.
They have good salaries, they are rich (of course there are poor people there) but that's the case even with sweden.
There is no chance that they will live better. Now they have money from their own oil. After this war, their own oil will be stolen from them...
No, it will be in chaos for months if not years unless Gaddafi doesn't crush the rebels. The rebel movement is to fractured to effect a positive and realistic change without descending into absolue chaos.
