   My DNA though at the end of the day, I believe facts say we all route back to the same historical parents.

   Because I follow and listen to my own set of drums. We might be similiar in certain aspects but I will have my own opinions and do things differently because of my beliefs and culture.

   You, if you decide to not follow the crowd and express yourself the way you want not how you thing everybody wants you to, then you are unique in that sense.

   Everyone else isn't quite as great as I am, of course.
   Just kidding... if this is asking about me personally, I would say that I am different because I have a unique way of looking at things, not always a good thing. I am a self proclaimed and proud pessimist and always a realist, but ironically tend to bite off more than I can chew with ideas of grandeur. (example - our engineering club in high school had a budget of around five hundred dollars, I as president of the club proposed and began three projects which would each cost 2-5 thousand to finish) Also, if this makes any sense, when asked in an interview to say three words to describe myself, I responded politely to the woman conducting the interview that I really didn't like the question, because anyone who could answer that question honestly and say how great they are probably are really stuck up.
   
   As humans, everyone has their own traits due to this wonderful thing we like to call genetics, but even given the situation that every single person were born with an identical genetic code, no one would be truly identical, their personality and their ideals would be changed with every unique experience they have had.

    As far as I know, I am not part of a monozygotic twin.  Therefore my DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) is unique from everyone else.  For identical twins, that is not the case.  They DNA is NOT unique; but of course their individual is unique in its own way.

    What makes me ( and everbody else) different from everybody else, is the fact that we are a product of our DNA as well as our perception of the experiences that we have been through in our lives. 
    
    Our DNA is unique as all the work on gene mapping shows. This is because of the millions of permutations and combinations that are possible in the makeup of our genes, which ensures that we are physically distinguishable from almost everybody else.
    
    Equally important is the fact that we undergo experiences which can never be exactly identical to what another person goes through. Even if, for argument's sake it is identical, each one will perceive the experiences differently. Which again colors the perception of subsequent experiences.......
    
    All this results in a fantastic diversity which makes each one of us uniquely different and therefore fascinating.
    
    Thank God! Life would have been terrible if I had to interact only with my clones!
