   Evn if I knw dat my bst frnd (gal) is nt in luv wid me..Can a gr8 romantic proposal, chnge her mind?
   
   She likes me a lot, n I hav told her abt my feelngs...bt she gav some excuse dat she wont b allowed by her parents to marry me due to some orthodox reasons.... But I think if she will fall in love with me, she will not care about anything else..
   so can a beautiful romantic proposal work...?
   if not then what?
   after a month i've to leave this place..
   i cant lose her..
   i want to commit to her before leaving..

   Just remember as you mentioned that she has given you an "excuse".  Be not dismayed do not allow what she has said to confuse or deter you!  Follow your heart as though the dreams that it dreams are destined to come alive.  Do exactly what you desire to do and propose to her, but prepare yourself to accept what she says and does!  Do not deceive yourself by making excuses for her to make yourself feel better even if you believe that she really wants what you want.  You can love from a distance it may be hard but life must go on!  It is serves no purpose standing still when you've been given the gift of LiFe.  Best of Wishes Rish Ciao

   Yes, it can change her mind.
   
   But, as this decision to love you will be taken only in minutes(or even less), a decision to reverse it also takes the same amount of time. Keep this in mind. If you have a great romantic proposal in mind, go ahead and do it with all your heart. If you don't have one, plan it and do it.
   
   The point I was trying to make is that it is not only a proposal that she needs from you. Do the proposal with all your might and then work towards what she really needs from you. I can help you with that later - first, plan on the proposal.
   
   There was this girl who likes me a lot, and she didn't accept my love due to caste and parents(similar lines as yours). In a prolonged talk, she told me that she could have accepted if I have properly proposed her(Why I didn't propose is a completely different story!!)

   Oh!!  So sweet!  Initially, I thought you were asking if you can make her love you if she doesn't, then I was going to say no!  But if she loves you, a proposal could potentially work.  Have you tried talking to her parents?  To know they are okay with it would really ease her mind.
