Write an article that contains more than 450 words, do not copy from others, write basic article.
    Hubscore effects your earning.

No it has nothing directly to do with your earnings but it does attract more internal 'hubpage' links helping to push your hub up search engine rankings.

You can increase you hubscore a number of ways.

Write more high quality hubs, link your hubs to other hubbers hubs as well as comment on other hubbers hubs and ask questions and contribute to the forums.

You can also create content on other platforms and areas online to your hub attracting traffic and link juice to push your hubs higher in search which in turn will increase you hub score as well.

I hope I have answered your question!

Nothing to do with hubscore, readers are the judge here, but also if you follow the tips given on the right hand side as you're creating the hub you might start your hub at a high score.

Hub score doesn't affect your earnings, but hubs with high scores get more traffic.

Its all connected. Just write rich content articles and be an active hubber. Reasonable patience also counts toward your hubscore and earnings.

When I've had the highest score - it's been when I've been not just participating in the HP community like I'm doing right here, but it's been when I've been publishing the most hubs.  I'm down on score at the moment, and I haven't been publishing hubs nearly so often either.

You hub's individual scores, and your author score have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with adsense earnings.

Your hubscore has nothing to do with your AdSense earnings except that you get a lot of exposures if your hub score is high. Exposure means traffic and you might get some AdSense clicks too. But your hubscore might affect your HP ads earnings as it depends upon traffic and impressions.

To increase your hubscore, you should:
    1) Research carefully.
    2) Reduce duplicate contents.
    3) Write about evergreen topics like "How to say I love you!".
    4) If you're writing about travel and places, include a Map capsule.
    5) Tweet and Like your hub often. This will get more traffic and more exposure.
    6) Don't publish the hub right away, wait for at least 5 days to publish the hub.
    7) Carefully look at the spelling mistakes before you publish. If you keep on editing the hub once you've published, then the hubscore will take a lot of time to increase.
    8) Create backlinks on SheToldMe, Redgage and Snipsly.
    9) Promote your hubs on your Facebook profile and your HubPages profile.
    10) Write more textual content.
