What is the main subject matter of the New Testament?

What is the main subject matter of the New Testament, ‘faith in God’ or ‘God’ or the person ‘Jesus’?

There isn't really a "main" subject matter in the New Testament.  But I think it does spend a lot of time talking about the end times and what all is supposed to happen (if it hasn't already).

There really is a central subject matter in the New Testament, viz.: CHRIST'S DEATH ON THE CROSS, a.k.a., the "tree of life" --the typical and final source for personal knowledge of God "as he really is".

Philosophically, End time means end of the Physical world.

A lot of individual see just the clear aspect of the new testament as summing up the end time, but it teaches us the reason why Jesus came into the world and how he loved in all that he did while here, it teaches us how Jesus wants us to live good with each other and how much he wants us to walk in love

"The Good News from the Glorious and Blessed God" is, as in the beginning, about the creation of all men and women in the divine image, a.k.a., "gods". (John 10: 34-36)

The New Testament is the fulfillment of the Old Testament. But If your asking what is the main message that it teaches that would be the fulfillment of the Prophecies of the Old Testament and Jesus the Christ is Born to Save the Sinner from the Lies of Satan.

Which could of caused them to lose their Souls or their place within God's Kingdom. If He did Not Come. There would be no Heaven. Because Heaven is Wherever God resides. If He did not defeat Death who is Satan. All flesh would have died along with the spiritual body and possibly the soul as well.

Or the Salvation Gospels which many know them as, but many do not understand them or have ever even read them for themselves. God says His children are destroyed for lack of Knowledge. But is this only a physical death or is this the spiritual Death? For we have two bodies and a soul, is your's at Risk and how do you know?

Well that is what the New Testament reveals to the true believer in Christ The Lord Jesus and what He did within the New testament.

The following answer (by the same author, me) appears in whole or large part on another site.
The innovation in the original terms of the “new covenant” (Jer. 31: 31-34), as amended (Luke 2: 23-32) and sealed in Christ’s death on the cross (Matt. 26: 26-29), allow for downright inspiration of all people without the use of more Scriptures in terms of firsthand knowledge of God.
