I do like many here do, post to Facebook, Tweeter. I also post links in Shetoldme, Redgage, IMautomator, Traffup and morehits4u.

However, the ultimate reason that will garnish you a good following and bring many views is to write quality pieces on niche topics.

Eventually you will discover that good quality can bring you some other unexpected positive results. I just inked a deal to publish a photography book, but the publisher convinced me to use a pseudonym for a trial run.

This would not have been possible if I had not joined HP, and written many articles, which in turn caught the eye of a publisher.

I just use some article marketing strategies like submitting good articles to various article directories. I also try to make more hubs in relative niche which helps increase traffic to previous hubs.

I used to post my links around, but I am generally trying to just post higher quality hubs now. I post my links on forums that I am already a part of, but I do not join forums for the purpose of posting the links. I also sometimes write an article about my hub on my blog, but that is only if it is of topic.

I just write excellent article and waited for the referring sites to pick up my 1st article of which they did after 2 months of being on the internet with google on June 2010 A.D. and they found it on August 2010 A.D. with the results of June 12, 2011 A.D. of my 3 hubs cracking the 1000 total views on all 3 hubs in 12 months with a total page views of 3018 and 602 30 days views that gives me an average of 1006 per hub page views on my 3 hubs. Patience, patience, patience is the key with 100% referring sites traffic that I get with my 3 unpublished hubs.

Links from Social Networking Sites are good but Google AdSense does not like them. I've found do-follow backlinking really effective. I joined SheToldMe a month ago and this has somewhat boosted my natural traffic stats.

Try to get more do-follow back links. They are the best for long term, organic, natural and Google AdSense friendly traffic.

I've being told: lots of social bookmarking. Spread your hubs across your social media sites like: facebook, twitter, myspace, digg, stumbleupon, etc. It's better if you already have a blog with lots of followers.

    Good luck! smile

I try all sorts of linking strategies.  LOTS of different ones, and the only way to improve my traffic besides writing more hubs, is for me to continue working new linking strategies.

I recently wrote a hub about this.  I think you should check it out.  It will most certainly help you.
